But in a 6 to 5 payout game, a $10 bet is only worth $12 with a blackjack. With a 3 to 2 payout, a player who wagers $10 would be paid $15. In a 6 to 5 blackjack game, the odds are 6-5 instead of the traditional 3-2 odds when a blackjack is hit. The lawsuit holds that the casino’s 6 to 5 blackjack games offered are violating gaming rules to maximize the facilities’ advantage in excess of what is allowed by law.
